Pool and Patio Renovation for Tampa Bay waterfront home

Space as Art broke out of the air-conditioned box for this Clearwater, FL pool and patio renovation.  This newly renovated pool, spa, and patio by Space As Art features all new finishes for an artistic and inviting outdoor space that enhances the exterior of this beautiful waterfront home.

BEFORE:

BEFORE: Visually, the patio area seemed to fade into the house while the dark blue tile was too much of a contrast.

BEFORE: The chipped, dark blue pool tiles did nothing to accent this beautiful home. The white streaks on the tile were probably caused by mineral deposits and really stood out against the dark, glossy backdrop.

BEFORE: Since it is in direct view from the home, the homeowners wanted the tile on the face of the spa and adjacent walls to become more of a focal point to properly frame the stunning view out to the intracoastal waterway.

AFTER:

All new finishes featuring amber, wheat, and honey tones and iridescent accents complement the colors of the existing home and enhance the naturally stunning waterfront setting.

AFTER: A simple grill area for frequent dinners cooked and enjoyed outdoors is refaced in new materials cohesive with the rest of the new patio and pool.

AFTER: The redesigned spa area feels like a part of this naturally beautiful setting in shimmering earth tones.

AFTER: The steps now feature porcelain and glass tile with recycled content and create a welcome entry into the swimming pool.

AFTER: As day turns to evening, the glass mosaic tiles reflect on the water's surface in the changing coastal light.
